The garage door is the largest single surface on most houses from the street, so the colour decides more than people expect it to. Take a photo of yours, mark the door, and put the full COLORSTEEL® range on your actual house. We bring physical samples to the measure as well, so the last call is made against the real thing rather than a screen.

Expect about two weeks from accepting the quotation to installation day. Specialist architectural doors and powder coated finishes take a little longer.
If your door has failed and the car is stuck inside, we aim to be with you the same day, and we will tell you straight away if we cannot.
Our best-selling range is locally manufactured NZ COLORSTEEL, with a 10 year warranty against defects. Standard non-COLORSTEEL doors carry 2 years.

Common questions
Yes, from Takapuna all the way up to Warkworth, and on beyond that to Mangawhai. The full run is the Auckland Harbour Bridge to the Brynderwyns. If you are south of the bridge we are not your best option and we will say so rather than quote you and add travel onto it.
Both, and repairs are a good part of the week. Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, seals and openers are all serviceable, and a repair on a sound door costs a fraction of replacing it. It makes no difference who supplied or fitted the door, or how old it is. Where a door is genuinely past it we will tell you that instead of taking your money twice.
Usually within a day or two, and faster when the door will not close. Phone rather than emailing if it is stuck or a spring has gone, and say what it is doing, because that is what gets you into the day's run. A door that will not shut is a security problem and we put those ahead of routine work.
Within a few streets of the beach at Milford, Takapuna, Mairangi Bay or Torbay, usually yes. Salt shortens the life of a steel door and its hardware, and it shows up first in the bottom rail and the rollers. Further inland at Glenfield or Albany a COLORSTEEL door is perfectly sensible and we would not push you towards aluminium.
Yes, and on an older street a plain steel door is often the wrong call. Cedar in horizontal or vertical boards, or a custom profile clad to suit the house, sits far better on a villa or a bungalow. It costs more than steel and timber needs recoating, and we would rather you knew both of those before you ordered it.
