One team across all of it
Garage Door Group is what became of three local businesses: Warkworth Garage Doors, Silverdale Garage Doors and Mangawhai Garage Doors. Each of those towns is a home town rather than the far edge of somebody else's service map, which is the difference between a van that already runs past your street and one that has to justify the trip.
Salt is the thing that changes with geography here, and it changes a lot. A door a few streets back from the water at Mangawhai Heads, Omaha or Milford has a different working life from the same door at Glenfield or up a Matakana valley, and it is worth choosing the door around that rather than around the brochure. We will tell you which side of that line your house sits on at the measure.

Common questions
From the Auckland Harbour Bridge up to the Brynderwyns, and the rural and lifestyle blocks in between, which are a good part of the work. If you are south of the bridge we are not your best option and we will say so rather than quoting you and adding travel onto it. If you are just outside the edge of that, phone and ask rather than assuming the answer is no.
No, there is no extra charge for distance. The call-out fee is the same wherever you are, Mangawhai or Silverdale, and Wellsford and Leigh are covered on the same terms, because we work in those places rather than visiting them. Pricing is quoted before anything starts and it does not change on the day.
Yes, and a good share of the week is exactly that. Farm sheds, implement sheds and oversized workshop openings are ordinary work for us, and a light commercial roller door is often the better answer than a domestic one on a wide opening. Send a photo with the measurements and we can usually tell you which before anyone drives out.
Usually within a day or two, and faster when the door will not close. Phone rather than emailing if it is stuck or a spring has gone, and say what the door is doing, because that is what gets you into the day's run. A door that will not shut is a security problem and we put those ahead of routine work.
